Dear friends and pilgrims,
We know this is a time of introspection and inner journeying for many of us, a (forced) time of isolation where, in addition to our physical well-being, we are grappling with our mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, asking questions that perhaps we haven’t dared ask in a long time.
We have left our “normal world” behind, instinctively knowing that it is forever gone, and are on a journey with many unknowns, facing many fears and questioning the very meaning of all that we hold to be true and sacred. We may not know where we end up, but we know that we will be forever changed.

This is inner terrain that Alberto and I have tread, wrestling with many of the existential questions that many of us are now facing. We did it during our pilgrimages on the Camino, and later walking from Rome to Jerusalem.
