A Mony Moment: We are all weavers

Whether it's among vendors of flowers and vegetables in Byward Market, or on the sidewalks of Chinatown, people are longing to CONNECT, to have a conversation that goes beyond the superficial details of their life.

I had the most intimate talks with strangers really, people who just needed to be heard in that moment.

So, whenever we may feel that a simple smile or a hug or attentive listening or non-judgement or "holding space" don't do anything, I encourage you to think otherwise.

For it is these moments of Love, in its purest expression, and human connection that remind us that we are all One, and that together, we are the weavers of our common destiny.
